Replacement DRL light guide strip for the BMW 5 Series F10 (2010-2013). F10/F18 boards and guides degrade from heat cycling and UV - the guide yellows and crazes while the board dims and flickers. You replace both parts separately instead of the whole assembly.

Description
If your car's daytime running lights turn yellow, dim or fail, you don’t need to replace the entire headlight assembly — just replace the DRL guide strip tube and DRL board. Easy installation.
Feature
Which vehicles does the BMW 5 Series F10 DRL Light Guide Strip fit?
It fits 3 verified vehicle platforms: BMW 5 Series F11 (2010-2013); BMW 5 Series F18 (2010-2013); BMW 5 Series F10 (2010-2013). Use the fitment checker on this page to confirm your exact year, make and model before ordering.
Is the BMW 5 Series F10 DRL Light Guide Strip difficult to install?
The strip sits inside the headlamp, so the lamp must be removed and opened to reach it - many owners hand this one to a shop.
Does the BMW 5 Series F10 DRL Light Guide Strip replace the factory part?
Yes — it replaces the factory light guide strips one-for-one, using the OEM mounting points and connectors, with no modification needed. You replace both parts separately instead of the whole assembly.
What goes wrong that the BMW 5 Series F10 DRL Light Guide Strip puts right?
It fixes the four things that go wrong with these lamps: DRL lights that have yellowed, output that has gone dim, LEDs that have partially failed, and a DRL that flickers or has stopped working altogether.
What makes the BMW 5 Series F10 DRL Light Guide Strip worth it?
You replace the DRL module only, not the entire headlight assembly. That keeps the repair affordable, and the OEM-matched fitment keeps the appearance and performance original.
