30-day returns
If a product is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds before shipping
Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
Damaged or defective parts
Every order is inspected before shipment. If a part arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will replace it or refund you, including the return shipping cost.
A manufacturing defect that shows up after the first 7 days is not lost — it is covered by our 1-year warranty below.
1-year warranty
All LumYard parts carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a part fails under normal use within one year, we will provide a replacement.
