Replacement DRL LED board for the Volvo XC40 (2020-2022). The daytime running lights (DRLs) commonly fail due to a faulty LED board inside the headlight assembly, causing dim, flickering, or dead DRLs. Replacing the DRL LED board (part number varies by trim) restores full function without replacing the entire headlight.

Description
If your car's daytime running lights turn yellow, dim or fail, you don’t need to replace the entire headlight assembly — just replace the DRL guide strip tube and DRL board. Easy installation.
Feature
Which vehicles does the Volvo XC40 DRL LED Board fit?
It fits 1 verified vehicle platform: Volvo XC40 (2020-2022). Use the fitment checker on this page to confirm your exact year, make and model before ordering.
Is the Volvo XC40 DRL LED Board difficult to install?
Access is through the back of the headlamp assembly: out, swap boards, reseat the connector. No special tools on most models.
Does the Volvo XC40 DRL LED Board replace the factory part?
Yes — this is a like-for-like replacement for the original LED boards; it plugs into the factory connectors and mounts on the stock points. Replacing the DRL LED board (part number varies by trim) restores full function without replacing the entire headlight.
What symptoms does the Volvo XC40 DRL LED Board address?
The faults it corrects are yellowing DRL lights, dim daytime running lights, partial LED failure, and DRLs that flicker or stop working - the usual signs of an aged guide strip or LED board.
Why not just replace the whole headlight?
It saves you a headlight. Only the failed component is renewed, the fitment and connectors match the OEM part, and the result does the factory DRL's job.
