Feature
Which vehicles does the BMW Mini F54/F55/F56 DRL Light Guide Strip fit?
It fits 3 verified vehicle platforms: BMW MINI F54 (2018-2023); BMW MINI F55 (2018-2023); BMW MINI F56 (2018-2023). Use the fitment checker on this page to confirm your exact year, make and model before ordering.
Is the BMW Mini F54/F55/F56 DRL Light Guide Strip difficult to install?
The strip sits inside the headlamp, so the lamp must be removed and opened to reach it - many owners hand this one to a shop.
Does the BMW Mini F54/F55/F56 DRL Light Guide Strip replace the factory part?
Yes — it replaces the factory light guide strips one-for-one, using the OEM mounting points and connectors, with no modification needed. Only the board is replaced - the headlight assembly stays in place.
Which faults does the BMW Mini DRL Light Guide Strip correct?
Yellow DRL lenses, dim DRL output, partially failed LEDs, and flickering or non-working daytime running lights are the four faults it is designed to correct.
What is the advantage of the BMW Mini DRL Light Guide Strip?
You replace the DRL module only, not the entire headlight assembly. That keeps the repair affordable, and the OEM-matched fitment keeps the appearance and performance original.
