1-Year Warranty

What the warranty covers

All LumYard DRL light guide strips, LED boards and headlight parts are covered for 1 year from the delivery date against manufacturing defects. This includes premature LED failure, faulty soldering or electronics, and any defect present when the part left our factory. Before shipment, every part passes our pre-shipment QC check.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, water ingress caused by housing modification or impact damage, use on a vehicle outside the listed fitment range, normal wear, or faults caused by third-party repairs.

How to file a claim

1. Contact us within the warranty period with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the failure.
3. We review the evidence and normally reply within 24 hours.
4. If the claim is approved we ship a replacement at no charge; where replacement is not possible, a refund is issued per our refund policy.

Note: transit damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery (see our refund policy) — after that window, manufacturing defects remain covered by this warranty for the rest of the year.

Fitment check before ordering

Each product page lists the exact years, makes and models the part fits. Please confirm your vehicle against that list before ordering — an order placed for a non-compatible vehicle is not a defect and is handled under our 30-day return policy instead of the warranty.
